Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data WiseHub collects when you visit wisehub.ge or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have. It is written to meet the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

The data controller is:

WiseHub LLC (შპს ვაისჰაბი)

Identification code: 405421627, registered in Georgia

Email: info@wisehub.ge

2. What we collect

When you browse the site. The site has no sign-up, no forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data needed to deliver pages and keep the site secure: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. This is kept in short-lived server and security logs.

When you email us. If you write to info@wisehub.ge, we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to include, such as your company or project details.

When you follow us on social media. Our Facebook and LinkedIn pages are run under those platforms' own privacy policies. Meta and LinkedIn act as controllers, or joint controllers with us for page statistics.

3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decision-making or profiling, or send marketing emails without your consent.

4. Cookies

This website does not set cookies or use similar tracking technologies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (for example, to tell people apart from malicious bots). These do not track you across sites and do not require consent. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

5. Who we share it with

Some of these providers process data outside Georgia, including in the EU and the United States. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses these providers offer.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email info@wisehub.ge. We will reply within the time limits set by law, normally within 10 working days.

If you think we have handled your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Data deletion requests

To ask us to delete data we hold about you, including any data received through our Facebook page or other Meta services, send an email to info@wisehub.ge with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address or profile name we know you by. We will confirm once the data has been deleted, or explain any data we are required by law to keep.

9. Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS, and access to the data we hold is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

10. Our products

Revenivo (revenivo.com) and PinaxData (pinaxdata.com) have their own websites and terms. This policy covers only wisehub.ge and your correspondence with WiseHub.

11. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
